Texted me out of no where, and would not respond to my text backs

This number will not leave a message. they are calling about a magazine you receive. Its an automatic dialing system there so someone may not be on the line due to a delay. Please don't yell at these people they are just doing their job in a bad economy. Just a tip, they will call until you give an answer one way or another so just answer, be nice and see what they have to say

Local caller, about lowering credit card interest rates.

No msg, one website states landline, another stated mobile number. Just hope ppl would pass on legit msg or pass on us alone!
