This is Poactive Planning Solutions.  Some say it is a scam looking for $695 from you to negotiate lower rates.several recent ones say they are great, but it feels like those may have been put there by Proactive themselves.  One claims to have used Proactive Planning starting a year ago, but Proactive claims to be a new federal initiative.less than a year old.does not jive.

he took my $ and ran, called many times after, he never answered, his plans changed so he told me a friend who was out west would do the job, called "the friend" he had no idea about Pete, knows of him but is not a partner. Did the same, used Walmart.my mistake but he needs to be found.
