A guy named Charles Smith with Department of Legal Services called me from this # saying they were serving me 2 charges under my name and left the last 4 digits of my SSN and said they were on the way to my home between 2pm-3pm and if thats not a good time to call 888-858-0822 give case # and make other arrangements to be served...

I received the same type of robotic call from this number with the same allegation. The instruction was to call +1(914)331-3362 where a person gave me a Case File number and his Name & badge number. When I started to ask for information, he asked that I not interrupt his statement. When I persisted and asked that I verify that this truly an IRS number, he hung up. My local IRS stated that the IRA would NEVER initiate a call to tell me that they are filing a legal suit against me, it would be by written letter. Community beware!!!
