Repeated calls daily and hang ups

I got several calls, about 9 today, from this number and they never a word when I respond and abruptly hang up. Then, at one point, I got a similar call from 571-521-7061, this time a man asked for "jenny Jackson." Seriously! Once I confirmed it wasn't Jenny's number, he quickly hung up without even saying a word. Then I got another 3 to 4 calls from 571-262-8077, this time I ignored it and only finally picked up at 8:00pm when they called again, this time a lady asked for "jenny." I told her what I told the guy and she hung up before I got a chance to say anything else. They don't say who they are or who they work for. That's the MO of people that are up to no good, not a reputable institution or anything. After a quick search on google, I realized that the number 571-521-7061 also appears on a pinless phonecard company, this is their website, http://www.aribatel.com/accessno.htm, see for yourselves! Don't know if it's a coincidence but this game is not funny!

Unwanted call, did not answer

The same guy calls my number 5 times a day and says I won 1 million US dollars and all I need to do is send $250 Western Union or Moneygram to release the funds. Each time I ask him what my last name is he will hang up the call.
