Didn t get the whole message, but something about "local authorities". Being I m in OR and this is from GA, I figure it s a scam to scare me into action of some sort. Did not call back to find out.

Scam caller, tried to identify as law enforcement in order to get you to give your credit card information.

I received a call from this number at 6:20 am local (MDT) on Aug 5, 2009.  I answered, and there was no response.
