Purportedly T-Mobile Chinese Voice Dept. Suspected Scam. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. No Caller ID but does leave voicemail in Mandarin. Blocked number and reported to FTC.

Left message wondering if we had a security system and was offering one at fantastic price.

I've this is a call to inform you that your computer IP address is compromised to please call us an idiot Li 190-427-4092 extension 42 resolve the issue I repeat 904-274-0924.

They were calling from Microsoft tech support, "for the last 2 days we have been getting messages from your computer that it is under attack. Turn on your computer and we will direct you how to set it up so that we can find out where this attack is coming from. I have been receiving calls from this number sporadically over a period of time, always with the same voice. Yesterday, he identified himself as "William Richards"
