No message left though my VM clearly requires a message before returning calls to unknown numbers. SPAM or SCAM

Claims to be from company called VT Security. Says your computer is sending out info. Claim they supply the security that comes with your computer (not the software but the security in your computer). Claim they can give you a number and tell you where to find it. So far have received 3 different local phone calls from them.
