I don't really know I picked up the phone as it rang from the above number but there was no answer.

An unwanted call from this Camarillo VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. Predators like this are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

They keep calling my business, and all I get is a busy signal

Automated, computer generated voice, debt collection call.  Suspect caller id information is spoofed.  Voice does not identify who caller is.  Voice asks for person they are seeking and tells others to hang-up.  Suspect caller is AIC since I have experienced them using this tactic before.  Received call from this number after 3 calls in a row from their 'toll-free' number were ignored.  AIC will call you in excess of 20 times per day and outside of the 8am to 9pm time slots.

I've received this call about three times so far; each time I let voicemail take it, one of those times I answered partway into my recorded message to see if I could throw whomever was calling a curveball. Each time my mailbox beeped to leave a message, or that one time I did actually pick-up, some barely audible male voice which (meaning no disrespect) sounded like one of our local Polynesian boys who seemed as if he was sedated, said something which sounded very much like the phrase, 'This is a recorded message,' then the call would immediately disconnect. (I cannot be 100% certain as to the message: again, the voice was very faint, and I cannot review the messages as they have since been deleted from my mailbox).
