I received a recorded message asking to stay on the line until an operator can get to me. Two or three repeats then a recorded message that there are no operators available we will can you back. This happened twice now. I will not answer this caall from now on.

automated ring with first METRO MORGTAGE. says DIAL 1 TO REQUEST A ring BACK however THE REPROTS letter BOX was FULL. OTHER OPTION was TO pass on A msg AT THE TONE. BOTH OPTIONS PROVED FUTILE. these people ring atleast 2X'S A DAY. WILL REPORT TO dont ring directory.
