claims FedEx packahge on the way and I should click on the link......not happening

trying to buy my phone but is a scammer that buys and sells using false names. used this email contacting me jessicastacy58gmail.com used Jessica used this email on the ads- diaz.juniorrocketmail

Received a text from this phishing scam that said, "Need an extra $1,000 today? Use it for your bills or expenses. Get it directly in just minutes at www.directfundsnow.com." I called the number (from a blocked office phone) to tell them off and a dude answered and told me that that was not his number and that the cell phone I reached was a 714 area code and he did not know what I was talking about. I told him that I reported the number to the state Attorney General as it is illegal to send any business text message without permission as it could cost the person who is receiving the text. Got a call from (206) 495-9426 a guy with a foreign accent, he left a message that he was from the gaming commission and I had won money and a car. Said to him back as soon as possible. Obviously will not call him back.
