scammer calling, robocaller with dialback. specifically identifies victim by name, says call is being recorded. ("Buhbye")

CID read AEO. Picked up phone and said, 'Hello.' No response, but I could hear someone softly whistling in the background as well as other telemarketers. I remained silent and listened. After a few minutes, the phone went dead.
