I got a postcard today advertising a $200 million opportunity giving this number as the contact.  The text says it from Jim Walters, looking for .'a handful(sp) of ambitious partners who would like to help me capitalize and share in on a $200 million dollar opportunity I recently discovered.'        Does anyone have any more information on this?
