Millions Call

My oldest daugher received a phone call from her sister today (3-7-08) and this number showed in the caller ID. The area code here is 660. Is this hijacking?

Call 2-3 times a day four rings hangs up no message. I block the number but each call is the same area code and first 3 numbers the same different last four numbers.

Frequent calls. No reply soon as we answer. No sound & no msg ever left.

Received call from this number 530 325-0049 caller does not leave message.

I keep getting calls from this number. I am unable to call back as the line will not ring when I try to call. I have no idea what they are all about.
