Male with accent claims to be calling from Medicare, about back brace, etc trying to get personal information. I have told them I will call police and file charges , they continue to call 6 or more times every day for the last week. I would like to know how I can file a complaint with the police and press charges.

This phone number has been calling me since January they keep trying to say that my Social security number has been flagged but everytime I ask them questions they hang up or yell at me saying that they have all of my info only things is they have old addresses and a part of my ssn and then incorrect birthdate if it calls u it's a scam tell them nothing!!!!!! If you confirm what they have wrong they will be able to take your identity - thanks
