FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Called six times in the last hour left no message

1st i recieved a text message then the person called two times in two nights. I called back and it was a young girl voice asking for someone. I said she had the wrong number and to stop calling. Then I searched her name which found her on The Best Craigs List with a picture, name, number and where she's from..very creepy experience she sounds slow.

Didn't answer, but looks like it was spoofed by a scammer

Keeps calling and not leaving any message.

Someone told me to call this number because it was Paypal customer care.

Left absurd voicemail about "your social security number has been forwarded for enforcement!"... it does not appear that they even know my name.

Sent me a text to respond for work.
