Guy named Richie trying to sell perscription drugs-pain killers in this case--

Natl Cnsmr Svcs- called to offer unsecured credit card. Just wanted routing and account number from my bank and $129 up front and then we'd receive a card in 12-14 days. Sounded suspicious to me. Was rude when I stated that we had fine credit and didn't need more cards.
