Millions Call

I get unwanted, unsolicited texts from this number. I don't text and don't purchase text plans for my phone, so this text costs me every time I get one.

Recorded call requests contacting them to be lifted from the automatic calls. Caller wants to find Thomas M. Stroud. I have no idea who this is. I have received over 2,000 calls in past 3 years.
