Millions Call

I get calls from this number around midnight and some guy either laughs or just says 'hello' 'hello'.very disturbing.

When I picked up the phone, I put it on speaker phone. All I heard was background noise, no-one spoke. I hung up and saved the number on my Panasonic phone as number with a Call Block. Next time they call, my phone will ring once, recognize that number is on the call block list, and disconnect the call, while at the same time showing Caller Blocked on the phone display.

called at 10:22AM, no name listed on caller ID. I do not know anyone in Andover, MA. I am in Texas
