Threatened to come to my house AND place of employment to serve me with court papers for fraud, on a debt that never existed. I googled the message he left me and there were fraud stories all over the internet about this scam and even a link on the FBI website: http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710 Said they were charging me with check fraud for an unpaid PAY DAY LOAN which never existed. Meanwhile, I live in Minneapolis and this guy from Hillsboro, ND is calling. SCAM!
