Millions Call

Just received a message from this number as well, however it started with the social security office and gave me a number.

i've gotten calls from this number as well as 925-361-9465, a related number, all about these collect call business.  I'm obviously not going to fall into their trap but they've call me now daily for the past 6 days - anyone know how to make the calls stop??  After doing some free phone look-up, it's a landline, dunno if that info helps.
