They are calling me from a rental company trying to find someone that use to have my number

This number calls me daily, sometimes multiple times a day.    They never leave any messages.    I never answer a call from a number I do not know,    I also cannot return a call that does not leave a message!

This number shows as a land line and it keeps calling my 11 yr daughters cell phone.  When you call it back you get a recording that it cannot be completed as dailed.

Calls constantly posing as a website designer. Even when asked not to call anymore! If you don't answer they leave very long messages that are very broken english.
