This was an Unknown hang up caller.

I received one call on Nov. 30th telling me my husband has won the sweepstakes.

This no. rang us & soon as we rang this back, this said, do not attempt phoning back cos i am dead. seemed just like a African American.

Some rude idiot called me about an ad and then offered way under the asking price. He was offended when I would not take his rude "offer".
