caller hung up before I could answer

A guy called asking for Bill (business owner). When I advised he wasn't available and that I could take a message he said he would call back. When I asked him to identify himself he said "Art" and hung up as I was trying to talk and tell him to not call back. When I called the number back the message is "The party you have called is not available, Please leave a message." We are on the DNC list and we still receive a lot of calls from obscure (I believe) investment companies.

Continuous text messages, voice mails and silent phone calls.

Unknown caller-left no message.
