Scum, scamming telemarketers phoning with a spoofed telephone no. Carpet cleaning/air duct service. exactly what valid firm uses a spoofed telephone no.?

This number has called my phone 74 times in the last year. No message has ever been left. I have reported this number to ftc and nothing obviously will stop the violation. I hope Ameritech is ready for a lawsuit. Its time these spoof calls using another number disguised needs to stop and the communications companies have the software and the power to stop and yet choose to sit on their hands and do nothing.
