Millions Call

I got a phone call from this number telling me I needed to contact them regarding my credit card account and how I could contact them to lower my interest rate. The caller id on the number was Puglisi, K. If I had a credit card, I am pretty sure the call would originate from a bank

No name or message; scam.

I am blocking this number because I have received multiple phone calls from this person. It is an automated voicemail and it sounds like the person is speaking in an Asian language....I can't understand what she is saying.
