Seems to be a robo caller, no one answers when picked up

Called and did not leave a message.  When I tried to return the call, the number was no longer in service.

Step brother got a call from this number, I decided to call it back. Got an automated 'Please hold for the next available operator' message, followed by the same guy telling me to press 1 to enter to win $50,000 by recieving a series of trivia questions to my phone. I certainly did not follow through with that, and held on the phone to see if anyone would eventually pick up. The call eventually ended itself.
