Something about Chinese consulate?

Got a call at 9:30am - said "hello" several times, but caller did not reply.    I finally hung up.

Sometimes leaves no message, but this one time the recording said:'. information on how to get a 3-month grace from paying your creditors or a pay-day loan.  Receive this information by mail without cost or obligation press the one key now..'

A complaint was received by the FCC on 2020-06-08 about a call from (236) 779-9002

The caller had a foreign accent but a very English name (Bryan Adams).  He was very rude and threatened me.  He threatened to ruin my life if I didn't pay an obscene amount of money.  He told me that a police car would be at my house this afternoon to pick me up for not paying.  I had already spoken to the attorney general for our state about this number and he said it was a MAJOR scam.
