Warranty department scammer

A man with an Indian accent knew my address and I confirmed it. He was not making sense. It felt like a scam to get me to say yes to my address.

The bill collector provided me the option to pay up. The robocall never told me how much I owed. When I chose the number to talk a rep the recorded voice said that no one available. The calls come more than several times a week.
