FCC Complaint: Live Voice

This is from Universal Gas & Electric Corporation. They are a Canadian-based company with office in Southfield, Michigan.  Calling to confim gas company switch which was voluntary for me.

A woman who says her name is Amy leaves a voice mail asking if we will ship our goods to Russia. We return their call to an answering machine.  They left 2nd message saying same.  Messages are left after hours.

Wanting to buy my property.

Some kind of travel rewards scammer. Blocked.

requested for 'company name'--told got ended up leaving that business, these people put the phone down. ring back & womans voice states 'intertell voice processing system' & subsequently hangs up.

all I heard in the voice message was a high pitched whining noise.
