FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

David said he was with publishers clearing house and asked for me by my maiden name. I've been married for 8 years now. # shows up as a Jamaica # but he said he wasn't in Jamaica. He said he was in my town to deliver my prize. It was all fishy to me. I told him he was a scam & he hung up the phone.

Have got rings many times however these people do not pass on a msg.

Called my phone and Spanish recorded message playef then hung up in my face.
