The person keeps calling and then claims they are dialing by mistake. I have received 5/6 calls in the past 5 hours. This is no mistake but a purposeful annoyance.

This person called me about a “rebate” concerning my PO Box. The moment he told me about a $250 rebate, I suspected something was wrong. How did he know my PO Box address? I then immediately hung up and felt the need to write this report. I suspected it was some scam.
