Called the number back. First music then a message states it is United Collection Bureau. Message also states their business hours and it is based on eastern standard time. Odd since it showed up on my caller ID w/o the area code and when I reverse search the number it shows it is a California land line somewhere in the Clovis, Fresno or Visalia area. They haven't left a message yet
