person calling identifies self as Brandon, will not pass on msg. ring back no. & it is 'disconnected'

Get rings with the no. every day. answer the receiver. no answer. ring back. 'Thank you for phoning. 1. to speak to representative (no answer), two. to delete ur no. with ur directory (did now)'

it is not a bill collecter or telemaketer. Quieter house Program, not in Chula vista however out of liberty station in Point Loma

Not sure who this was soon as we rang back had vm & can not grasp exactly what these people are saying. this makes you wonder how these people get ur details though.
