Unwanted Calls stemming from (917) 466-0304 cited as factor for problem reported to the FCC on 2019-12-21

I have no idea who this is. They left a message and I could barely understand them. Didn't say the name of the company or who the person they are calling for is.

They left a message for me to return a call to area code 866 I was unable to place a call to this area code because I recently placed a block on all out of country calls. I assume this was an out of country call. They they were calling from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since it was a weekend I could not contact customer service at Anthem until Monday

He keeps calling trying to sell insurance. He just won't quit!!!!!!!

They have called twice in the last week and identify themselves as a collection agency and then hang up.  This is becoming a harassment.

called cell phone - i didn't answer - this is a prepaid cell so i think it must be random dialing.
