FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

I received 25 calls from this number over Saturday (4910) and Sunday (410) as well as several text messages, one referencing 'Liz'. I believe these to be pranks since when I answered the caller hung up and when I called back the phone just rang. Lets see . Spring Break with a number near South Padre Island. Hmm.

we got a ring with this no. these people put the phone down instantly soon after we picked up.

I continue to get harassing phone calls from this number who claims to be an attorney. The problem is I am not the person they are contacting as I have had this phone number for 4 years. The previous owner of the number may be deceased as it looks like they are trying to collect a medical debt. Since I use the number for my business, I cannot readily change it.
