Caller identified themselves as being with "law enforcement." I was expecting to get extorted under the threat of arrest, but the caller instead solicited me for a donation.

I keep getting random and annoying texts from this person who claims to know me but never says who they are. Or they act like im suppose to meet them somewhere when ive repeatedly told them through text i' am not the person they are looking for. Its a pranker out to wate my time.
