Wonderful person to work with! This company helped us get out from underneath our financial mess by buying our home.We tried selling it the conventional way with a realtor for 8 months and never got decent offers just low ball offers from the same realtors who are supposed to help us sell our home.We were told it's a buyers market and asking price too high.Too high!The realtor was the one who suggested to price it right at this price.What morons! Great experience with this investor! Informed us of our options and how he would buy our home with no high pressure.Thank you.

They called 4 times in a row. I called the number back and was given a message from Verizon that the call cannot be made as dialed. So I blocked the number. They call every day multiple times.
