Foreign with a spoofed local #. They hung up when I stated I was blocking them

Calls & hangs up when you answer. Most likely a telemarketer or Scam Artist or a robo dialer otherwise they would speak when you answer.Going to report them to the FCC as well. If they continue to call we will simply block them.
