FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Calling-ID states Apex Outsourcing.  Not sure exactly what these people do, these people never ever pass on a msg for the business owner who, conveniently was never ever available. :-)

got a call from this number (with an extra 0 at the end) on my cell.  when i returned the call, the message said it was not receiving calls from cell phones, to call 800-331-0500 from a landline.  i called the 800 number (it was suspiciously familiar) from the cell and got at&t (my service provider).  i reported the call.beware of bogus calls.

Received a call from an unknown number, ‭(501) 229-7515‬, which showed up as a Malvern, Arkansas, number. Did not answer. Caller left no message.

This was a con. The five bedroom beachfront house was privately owned. this was NOT rented out. we recognise this cos I believed I got rented this house the month of 6-4-2011. I found the listing on vacationhomes. com, with thomaswatermanrentals@hotmail. com. I were informed to pay through PayPal. Another no. which Thomas Waterman used was 850-708-8997. we wish this will save somebody else the heartache I went through.

stating that we have won a Gift Card & that we want to claim this.

Called and did not leave a message,. then about an hour later received a text that said ok thank you.
