Robo caller no message left on my voicemail

229-352-9768 calls my cell several times a week, i never answer for fear its some kind of scam and phone account will get charged bogus fees. i have called this number back several times. recording answers everytime, never says the name of the company just says our office is closed please call back monday thru friday from 7 or 8 am until 5:00 pm pacific time. i have called during these hours and still get the same recording. sounds like some sort of scam to me.

Seen the call come in but did not leave a message

She just said have a nice day & hung up.

Called did not leave a message. Called number back rang 2x and hung-up on me
