Millions Call

I received a call from 888-927-7465 caller said he was Inspector Bill Foster from the Buffalo New York state department and he had a package for me. He also said that he believed I was contacted by another person from his department about a lottery or prize. When I said no, he kept asking something so I would answer yes. I never did and told him I did not believe what he was telling me and I was hanging up.

Hey,I am living in Germany, and i got a call as well. They called 27th October and 26th October. I didn't pick up the phone as i don't want to pay $$$ for the call. Is there anything new about this number ???greetings kris
