recorded ring in Spanish

I have received 6-7 calls over the last few weeks. They claimed that they were having problems removing numbers from the call list after I tried a third time to request that my number be removed. They said that they were with Insurance Center, a broker that puts people in contact with local auto ins agents. I am not so sure.

I want to check authenticity of whoever rang me.

Called me. I do not answer unknown numbers. They did not leave a message.
