Call originates from this phone but caller hangs up when call is answered.

This is a ruthless bill collector who calls my work phone almost every single day. I keep telling them there is nobody with that name at this number, but they won't give up. I finally called the number back today and asked for the person they keep calling me about, and when they said there's nobody there by that name, I said, 'Exactly! There's nobody here by that name, either, but you still keep calling me!'
