Came from Central Asia and the caller said they were Joey and asked what I was doing. I told them I thought they had the wrong number and they all told me I could not understand. It was 6 am and they called twice, so I hung up the phone to speak.

My hubby and I received a phone call coming from this exact number earlier on this afternoon and figured to report it at this website

Did not recognize call.  Did not pick up on my cell phone.  Extra 4 at the end of number.

They were cursing at me.
