It is in reference to life insurance. I advised the party on the phone that I was no longer interested and they just keep calling. 24 total calls in 8 days. I finally BLOCKED the call as I felt I was being harassed.

Keep on calling me withought stopping, i answer and i hear some tones, like in a message tone.

thick accent saying this was vital that these people reach you about & vital that these people reach us. . no details on exactly what this was regarding. these people give the name Victor Brown. . (not likely) treatening to take legal action when I dont ring within two hours. . .
