FCC Complaint: Live Voice

Received calls within about 10 minutes from 2 different numbers. ‭‭+1 (312) 803-3181‬ and (312) 803-9926‬. Didn’t answer but they left the exact same voice mail message in some Asian language so I couldn’t understand what it was about.

a phone call telling me that my brother won a sweepstakes and that I need to go to the nearest wal mart or western union to buy a moneygram and pay a small fee. The people who work at wal mart told me it was a scam and told me not to answer the phone. So after that they kept calling my cell and home phone that evening and 4,5, 6 o'clock something in the morning and called me at my workplace, it was very disturbant. Should I report the police? My family and I felt threatened now
