Refuse to leave messages or say what they want

Received text messages that were explicit and vulgar. Blocked at phone company.

I keep getting calls from 310-273-3715.  When I call this number back, I get a recording saying this number is disconnected.  I wonder if this # is a bootleg.  I also get calls from 310-273-2791 & 310-273-6635.  All disconnected.

Goes to voicemail. Never leaves message. Repeat offenses

The amount of wrong numbers I receive at my brand new phone number is absurd. Somebody who was behind in their bills must have owned this phone number before. Debt collection agencies call, too. What company is calling from this phone number?
