APPEARS TO BE A SCAM FROM "SOCIAL SECURITY" REPORTING SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.

Looking to buy my house, refused to provide sufficient identifying information despite repeated requests, randomly raised the bid without having any info, then was abusive (calling me a weirdo, a hater, and threatening to somehow interfere with the sale when I pointed out I had a contract with another company.) Subsequently identified himself as Kurt Campbell.
