763 is a Viereo cell phone number. If this is coming from a landline it is a sea.

I was confused getting a call from Fond du Lac, but I wasn’t scared. They called me, I asked who they were, they hung up quickly. Pretty sure they just called the wrong number, because I live in the Fox Valley and that’s really not too far away.
