Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Potential spoofed number. Block number.

I started receiving inwanted text messages from this number January 28. I jave previously told the owner of the phone not to contact me. Please have these text messages stopped.

i received a call from this number saying (this is social security dept.)

Multiple calls over the last couple of days leaving no message. with all the political, spam, phishing calls I just ignored this. Curious as to which one this was.
